Vice-president of Nepali Congress Ram Chandra Poudel has said that if the parties forged consensus, there was no problem in delineating borders of new provinces before promulgating the new constitution.
He expressed his dissatisfaction on the agreed modality of eight provinces, adding that the nation cannot sustain that many provinces.
On the occasion, Poudel urged people to give their feedback on the new constitution as the CA Committee has begun collecting public opinion.
He was speaking at a book launch ceremony of the book based on the biography of former NC parliament member and social worker Surya Prasad Pradhan in Butwal. RSS
