Minister for Information and Communications, Dr Minendra Rijal, has urged the party cadres to provide feedback on the preliminary draft of the constitution.
"Such an opportunity will not come time and again. So provide your feedback on it after reading it," he said.
Minister Rijal, who arrived in the district on his way to Taplejung to attend a meeting of his party NC cadres, expressed belief that the new constitution would be a republic constitution and it would guarantee the rights of all. "Anyone can give feedback over the draft, and this is why teams of lawmakers have reached every village," he added.
Similarly, Chairman of the Disabled Solidarity Society, Prakash Thapa, requested the Communications Minister to ensure the rights of the people with disabilities in the new constitution.
