Former Prime Minister and CPN (UML) senior leader Jhalanath Khanal said that the new constitution will be drafted at any cost as the draft has already reached to the people across the nation for feedback.
Speaking at a press meet organized by Press Chautari Nepal at Birtamod of Jhapa today, Khanal said that even though some forces were attempting to foil the constitution drafting process, they would never succeed.
The matter of demarcation of provinces will be finalized in consultation with the experts and academics, he said, promising to give the people democratic constitution along with guarantee of religious freedom and full press freedom soon. RSS
