Finance Minister Dr Ram Saran Mahat is announcing the budget for the 7th time on Tuesday when he unveils the budget for the fiscal year 2015/16.
Mahat, who has served as the country's finance minister five times, unveiled the first budget in the fiscal year 2052/2053 BS.
