Government of Nepal has allocated a budget of Rs 1.75 billion to upgrade the standard of Nepal’s only international airport-Tribhuwan International Airport.
Finance Minister Dr Ram Saran Mahat on Tuesday informed that the aforementioned amount was allocated during his budget speech for fiscal year 2015/16 at the legislature-parliament.
He further said that a budget of Rs 5 billion and 7.5 million was allocated to upgrade the standard of airports across the country.
